Is your iPad overheating really easily?

We’ve been getting reports from a number of people that their iPads are displaying the overheat message on a fairly regular basis, although usually only in direct sunlight.

It’s happened to me and Sean, but it is worth pointing out that the units were in a case each time. Could this be something to do with the A4 processor? and could it happen to the iPhone 4?
